  • After Hus Wife gave petition to his husband, Now Hun Sen approved this petition and he said that Cambodia should be allowed to use Thirdth Generation mobile phone-3G- in next 10 years. What the government did is not to develop its country to keep pace with devoloped countries. Present development is to keep pace with high technology because every thing is depent on technology such as e-business, e-government and so on. If we have high technology, it is to fasten communicaton over the world.
