Tatar from Russian Volga region, living in Prague for half of my life. I am a Ph.D. in international law. I am researching and lecturing on human rights, including migrants’, national minority rights, freedom of expression, international business law, and consulting international companies on business and law. Besides, I am a co-founder and a chairperson of NGO KITAP, z.s. (, which represents the Tatar and Turkic culture in the Czech Republic, and provides a platform for cultural exchange and cooperation, through and of Turkic and Czech communities on meeting the whole world.
