Whats happening to children like Maung Chan Thar is enough to make you cry. Thitsaphout Than Shwe is responsible for all the outrages against children. The lack of care and just basic sanitation is obvious. If you are a friend or of Than Shwe and rich enough then you can go to school and not have to scavenge to just stay alive. I wonder how Thitsaphout Than Shwe would cope if he had to scavenge.
