Timothy S. Rich is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Western Kentucky University and Director of the International Public Opinion Lab (IPOL). His primary research focuses on the domestic and international politics of East Asia, with broader interests in public opinion and electoral politics in the US, Latin America and Africa.
