    Russia can regain its respectability as a strong and influential world power through its involvement of Russian youth in connecting with youth groups around the world. As a retired high school principal in New York, I am developing a youth program that will unite youth groups in 34 countries by implementing this theme. Russian youth cab serve a leading role.
