Orange Ukraine lists what needs to be done to accommodate the Euro 2012 visitors (from 400,000 to 1 million) in Ukraine: “As of this moment, Kyiv has 4,000 hotel rooms. What is required is all the logistics incl. infrastructure (roads, parking, planes, trains, etc.) and upgrading facilities such as hospitals and clinics, the building of stadiums, the upgrading of dormitories such as in Donetsk for low cost renting, the settling of the conflict at the Olympic stadium in Kyiv (removal of shopping centre which makes it unsafe), the building of walkway to metro station, … And there is a to-do list not just for Kyiv but for Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, etc.”
