Syeda Iqraa Bukhari

The writer is an aspiring security expert and a freelance journalist. She is currently a postgraduate student and research assistant at the University of Warwick. Her academic and writing interests revolve around politics, counter-terrorism, counter-insurgency, counter-radicalization (the three ‘C’s), cybersecurity, and the role of intelligence agencies in shaping global security. She has published articles, columns and photography with various newspapers and magazines in the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Pakistan. Originally from Pakistan, she is based in the United Kingdom for study and work purposes. She is a passionate writer and enjoys still life and architectural photography.
