My name is Mila, I'm from Moscow, Russia. Currently, I live and study in Munich, Germany with future plans to become an online English teacher. I am interested in history and politics and try to constantly follow recent events happening both in Russia and on the global arena. I believe that nowadays it`s crucial to be aware of cultural and economic tendencies as well as societal attitudes not only in one's country of origin or residence but also around the world. That's why I find the work of Global Voices extremely important and appreciate the opportunity to contribute to its activities.
