Hi, I am Portnoy Zheng, a Taiwanese. Right now my larger part of attention is on building a new Chinese science media “PanSci.tw”. Besides that, I am also the project manager of “Nomad Green“, which is a Mongolian citizen media that focus on environmental issues in Mongolia. In GV, I am a humble contributor and the editor of Global Voices in Chinese.
