Osama S. Qatrani is a UK-based independent researcher and writer focusing on international relations, geopolitical competition, digital power, algorithmic governance, and transformations in the global order. He is the founder of Third Generation in International Relations (3GIR), an interdisciplinary framework examining evolving forms of political power, sovereignty, technology, inequality, and global governance.
