Nelly Warega is a human rights lawyer and researcher with over 7 years of experience. She is committed to the promotion of women's and girls’ rights with a focus on sexual and gender-based violence victims. Nelly holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in human rights and democratization in Africa from the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria, a post-graduate diploma in legal studies from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree (LL.B) in Law from the University of Nairobi.
