As Lingua Project Manager, I support Global Voices’ diverse translator community working to make information available across languages. I started working as a translator and interpreter in 2001, and I have a strong interest in languages and how they shape access to knowledge. Having lived and worked in Central Asia, Turkey, and Japan, I am currently based in the Vancouver area in Canada.
