Maggie Cregan · March, 2016

Salut! I'm Maggie Cregan, a soon-to-be graduate of Syracuse University's French department. After graduation I'm headed for Brussels, where I'll spend the summer working in a hostel, and I hope to work in translation full-time within the next few years. Aside from translating for Global Voices, I'm finishing up my French-to-English translation of J.-M.G. Le Clézio's short story collection “Printemps et autres saisons.” I also tutor at a community center for refugees on Syracuse's North Side, where I work primarily with Somali and other East African high school girls.
