Krittika Vishwanath is a nonprofit facilitator and educator with over 15 years of experience in strategy, leadership development, and innovation across education, human rights, child rights, and education technology. She has worked in leadership roles with global organizations such as Amnesty International, Teach For All, Greenpeace, and with grassroots and national NGOs in India, including IT for Change.
Her work spans strategy and curriculum development, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, change management, project management, fundraising, and monitoring & evaluation. Krittika brings a strong lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) — grounded in a Global South and intersectional feminist perspective — to everything she does. She is particularly passionate about building sustainable, values-aligned workplaces that center care, wellbeing, and team development.
Currently based in Bangalore, India, Krittika has lived in the UK, Norway, and Singapore and worked across geographies. Outside of work, she enjoys learning about local histories, supporting independent businesses and exploring new food spaces in the city. She is coming out of a sabbatical where she explored areas such as retail and publishing as the Bookstore Manager at Champaca Bookstore (an independent feminist-run space), and as a local tour guide with Gully Tours.
