I am a post-doctoral researcher at ReCLaS, Research Collegium for Language in Changing Society, at the Department of Language and Communication Studies at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. My research interests revolve around ‘the politics of popular culture’, relating especially to ethnic and linguistic minorities, gender and changes brought about the current era of globalization.
