The International and Security Affairs Centre (ISAC) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization from Belgrade, Serbia, that combines policy research with advocacy, education and leadership activities. With its research and advocacy program, ISAC covers almost all aspects of Serbia’s foreign relations, thus contributing to constant rethinking of the current foreign policy and security positions. ISAC was founded in 2006 with a clear orientation towards promoting and serving the transformation of Serbia towards EU and Euro-Atlantic integration.
