I am deputy director at the Kabul-based Organization for Policy Research and Development Studies (DROPS). Besides writing for Global Voices, I write for South Asian Voices (SAV), the Diplomat, and the Delhi-based Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS). I have translated “China in the 21st Century: What Everyone Needs to Know” into Persian.
