A non-governmental organization (NGO) has produced several speed drawing videos [1] which advocate conflict resolution through peaceful actions in Indonesia.
The NGO Search for Common Ground used [2] the videos as part of their education campaign to promote women empowerment, tolerance, and preventing extremism in Indonesian society.
The two videos tackling women participation in governance aim [3] to “transform the public’s attitudes and perceptions of women’s role in democracy, governance, and leadership.” Women comprise less than 20 percent of elected leaders in Indonesia.

With the spread of extremist and violent doctrines targeting vulnerable youth, the need for alternative messages to violent intolerance that celebrate Indonesia’s spirit of pluralism and unity in diversity is increasingly urgent.
