On her blog [es], Laura Schneider invites us [es] to the launching of the book “Un viajero curioso” [A curious traveler], the first book about travels and stories from around the world by photographer and writer Esteban Mazzoncini. On her post, Laura shares a review of the author:

Desde 1993 fotografió más de 60 países en 400.500 kilómetros. El autor comparte, entre otras historias, el día que jugó al fútbol al lado de las pirámides de Egipto, cuando recorrió barrios talibanes en Afganistán con 25º grados bajo cero, el día en que sobrevivió a la muerte cuando contrajo malaria en Uganda, aquella vez que hizo dedo en un tanque en el Líbano o el día en que fue invitado a un casamiento en una aldea de Polonia.

Since 1993, he photographed more than 60 countries in 400.500 kilometers. The author tells, among other stories, about the day when he played football next to Egypt pyramids, when he went across Taliban neighborhoods in Afghanistan at -25ºC, the day he survived death when he contracted malaria in Uganda, that time when he hitchhiked in a tank in Lebanon or the day when he was invited to a wedding in a village in Poland.
