Accessibilty for Handicapped in El Salvador

Categories: Latin America, El Salvador, Citizen Media, Human Rights

Jaime Vásquez notes [1] [es] on his blog Desde mi silla [From my wheelchair] about accessibility issues for handicapped people in El Salvador and concludes:

The adaptation of spaces for accessibility is the protection of human rights for handicapped people, by eliminating physical and social barriers and making access and free movements easier and improving use and enjoyment of public spaces.
