Two years after the massive run over of cyclists at a Critical Mass event in Porto Alegre, Brazil, on February 25, 2011, a protest has been organized on Facebook. Scheduled for February 22, 2013, the protest calls for the punishment of the car driver who ran over the bikers, Ricardo Neis.

Please, remove that hyphen or, better still rewrite the headline. As it stands now, it implies that a person on Critical Mass attacked a car. The exact reverse seems to be true. A person in a car attacked cyclists taking part in a Critical Mass rally.
May I suggest “Punish the driver who attacked Critical Mass”?
