    For the babies around the world, the whole world must act now to punish China before it becomes too late. Just look at the recent news in Hong Kong. Easily shortage of infant formula milk there!!! China government and the Chinese mothers are shameless to care less about the grave issue. Hong Kong government, as a puppet, is weak to deal with the issue. This is not discrimination. This is about fairness to the other mothers and babies around the world. Speaking from a Hong Kong guy.
