Among the factors the blog lists [3] [en] for this situation, we find “resistence, voluntary or not, from the political class to include [the Guaraní language] in the state and social organizations the usage of the language […] and maybe more relevantly, this progressive decreasing is the failure of the formal biligual education, especially the Guaraní one, in schools and universities, both public and private”.
