Maksym Savanevsky of Watcher.com.ua wrote [1] [uk] that the Facebook account [2] [ru] of Yevgeniy Tsarkov, a Ukrainian Communist MP, was blocked on Oct. 5, following Tsarkov's scandalous remarks during a political talk show. Tsarkov said [3] [ru] that the Soviet NKVD [4] had not done enough to get rid of the Ukrainian nationalists. A popular Ukrainian Facebook user Roman Shrayk [5] [ru, uk] urged other users [1] [ru] to report Tsarkov's account:
We could not kick him out of the [TV] studio, let's get him off Facebook.
Tsarkov's account was restored on Oct. 6.
