Yes, Europe is dependent on Russian energy, but Azerbaijan is an alternative source of energy. Azerbaijan has the infrastructure and capital to provide a trusted energy supply. Mr. Jahangir Hajiyev runs the Bank of Azerbaijan, which is not yet well known but is a key player. Hajiyev is a capitalist, pro-reform leader who is stabilizing the economy and making key investments, especially in energy. Europe and America should take note.
