Has Facebook, the famously huge global social networking media, remained “social”? By the standard definition, an embassy of a country represents that country’s national political interest. If the international political diplomacy has to be all pervasive, then perhaps there is no need for the distinct art and science of public or cultural diplomacy. But who will be able to be social enough if some one wants to be “unsocial” except a self-respecting person or a society and state where no significant gap in words and behavior exists?
