Siberian Light reports that the second reading of the “anti-gay” bill in the St. Petersburg City Duma has been postponed till Nov. 30 – “to allow time for a face-saving review of the legislation’s wording.” The AllOut.org's petition calling “leaders around the world to reach out to their counterparts in the Russian government” has now been signed by 219,368 people; the new goal is 250,000. LJ user madw posted a photo report [ru] from the Nov. 20 rally in St. Petersburg: 150 people protested against the bill; some got attacked and beaten when the rally ended.
