On October 13, Lisbon is going to host an event [1] about new platforms that promote dialogue in society, aiming to stimulate the discussion between the Portuguese government, public administration, NGOs and citizens – Cidadania 2.0 [2] (Citizenship 2.0). Some sessions are going to be livestreamed [3] [pt], and the hashtag #cid20 [4] is already being used on Twitter (@cidadania20 [5]).
