On 24th June 2011 the Togolese blogger, Sylvio Combey, denounced on his blog [1] [fr]:    “[The president] Faure Gnassingbé has given $200,000 (about 92 million CFA francs) to a country [Japan] which is suffering great losses and paying the consequences of its nuclear policy. You just have to look at the economic gap between Japan and Togo, a country where more than 62.3% of the people have an income of less than $2 US per day (about 1000 CFA francs), to wonder whether you should laugh or cry.”
