On Friday, thousands paid their respects to the people who died in the Thursday 17 February, 2011, pre-dawn raid [2] at Lulu Roundabout in the Bahrain capital Manama.
The raid led to the death of four men: Mahmood Ahmed Makki (21), Ali Khudhair (58), Ahmed Al-Mo'men (22) from Sitra, and Isa Abdulhasan (61) from Karzakan. Mourners followed funeral processions in Daih, Karzakan and Sitra on Friday morning.
