The big question should first be “who’s bloody country is it anyways? Haiti’s or U.S ?
Western (re: U.S) controlled media seem bent on covering up the biggest crime and that is the “exiling” of Aristide.
That smells and the smell won’t go away simply by holding another election to put in someone more palatable to bankers.
