Afghan protesters demonstrated on Thursday outside the Iranian embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan against the ill treatment of Afghan immigrants and refugees in Iran, and also against Iran's ongoing fuel blockade against Afghanistan. Today's demonstration was organized by the Afghanistan Solidarity Party. The Iranian government says the objective of the blockade is to prevent NATO forces from getting the fuel.

This video shows demonstrators burning photos of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, Ali Khamenei and President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. People cheered, “Down with Ahmadinejad and Khamenei.”

The blogger writes that the block caused a rise in fuel prices… The Afghan government has accused the Iranian policy of violating international laws.
