Riding his bike, he uses the sound of a whistle so that people notice him. His job: knifes/scissors sharpener.”

I’ve seen Armando around. The streets of BA definitely have some interesting characters. I teach photography to tourists and expats and every time I’m out I find new and interesting images to capture. It’s such a great city for shooting!
