Short Experience with Banglalion and Qubee Wimax.
We had a Nightmare with Banglalion and are having good sleep with Qubee now.
(Each will be compared B vs Q)
First Connection: B – I had to beg dealer and customer service to get connection in my house.
Q – The engineer visited my house within 1 hour of talking to customer care and it’s done.
Reception: B – indoor 0, outdoor 5 to 10 db of signal quality
(We have to hang the dongle outside of the window to get reception.)
Q – indoor very good reception without going near to windows hence didn’t check outdoor.

Customer Service: B – Pushing work to dealer. Don’t have professional knowledge. why? We asked there was a reception for signal but internet was terribly slow in the very first month. Then the customer service told me to plug off the device for 20 mins leaving it in cool & fresh air and reconnect it. Of course, it didn’t work. Thereafter 2 days later an engineer visited due to our several request and found there will not be proper connection in this house.
Q – Knows what to do.
Speed: B – It was 256 kbs unlimited plan and it disconnects every 5 to 10 mins. Downloading was not much problem but couldn’t browse any page properly. Hardly half a page showed and no progress thereafter. I have to set to use cache images and open the page several times then it will be fully open.
Q – It is same speed but with 10G limit. So far speed is very much reliable.
Overall: B – Due to improper connection, dealer offered to change to router instead of dongle. And they told us there was no stock hence we had to wait for 3 weeks. While waiting, we could use internet less than 2GB for 3 weeks due to slow and disconnection. Often, it won’t connect for 2 hours. Then again, Dealer told that they would contact us when the router was available. Even 3 weeks later, router was not available hence they gave me USED one with NEW price. Even then, it was worse connection then the dongle. Again we enquired for an engineer to visit but they delayed the matter 2 more days. When he came, it was found no proper reception and refund was offered.
Next day when we visited the dealer, only the router was refunded and not the service charge. Spoke to the customer service but didn’t refund. I would have canceled the connection on the very first day because it didn’t work but I was played by the customer service and dealers’ pingpong. To wait for the router, the precious 3 weeks passed without proper usage of internet. In my opinion, I was not able to have service properly, they should refund partially. I don’t object to pay as much as I used (1.5GB was used for 3 weeks with unlimited service). Anyway, they wanted the money and that is done without giving me their promised service.
Q – We have to wait and see as just started to use. I hope Qubee deals better and REALLY HOPE I DON’T HAVE TO CONTACT THEM AGAIN. (i.e. good service)
