The expression on this girl’s face is very unpleasant to see. I wondered at first if it would be a child who had been ordered to dispose of the puppies against her will but that expression is NOT one of reluctance or unhappiness. The girl needs a psychiatrist before she takes to further tortures and eventually murder, not forgetting that abuse can be carried out in the home, not necessarily in public; this individual could be one who torments within a family as an adult. Similarly of course it is possible she is responding to aggression directed at her, or possible that she is mentally impaired, but the main point is she needs to be restrained and treated as a disturbed person requiring long term treatment. Cruelty is a desire for power but it is always an evil response which destroys from within.
