Cyrano writes [es [1]] about his friend Edgardo, who uses a wheelchair, and his encounter with an SUV [2] which was taking over most of the sidewalk. The SUV made it impossible for Edgardo to go through with his wheelchair, even with the help of his friends. They couldn't find a policeman to report the incident to, so Edgardo and his friends took pictures of the SUV blocking the way. Cyrano includes the pictures in his post.
