Nepal: Prachanda Cannnot Be Prime Minister

Paramendra Bhagat at Democracy for Nepal opines ^[1] that the Maoist leader Prachanda cannot be a Prime Minister again because: “someone who does not understand how coalition governments work can not lead a majority, coalition government, let alone a national consensus government.”
