CafĂ© Turko writes [1] about last Sunday's commemoration of “the 18th anniversary of the Bikavac fire [2], in the town of Visegrad in Eastern Bosnia”: “On the night of 27 June 1992, around 70 persons were locked in a small house on the Bikavac hill, after which the house was set on fire. The crime was meticulously prepared, to make sure that nobody would survive to tell the story.”
