Unable to meet the 28th May deadline for drawing up a new statute for Nepal, the Constituent Assembly, riding on a 3-point political deal made by the 3 most represented political parties, extended its own term by one more year. Blogger Raktim Nepali however feels all of this is much ado about nothing and gives us reasons [1] for this scepticism.
