Nepal: Extending the Constituent Assembly

Unable to meet the 28th May deadline for drawing up a new statute for Nepal, the Constituent Assembly, riding on a 3-point political deal made by the 3 most represented political parties,  extended its own term by one more year. Blogger Raktim Nepali however feels all of this is much ado about nothing and gives us reasons for this scepticism.
