  • Women in Pakistan face domestic abuse due to the ever-prevailing notion of Male Dominance. Our societies are fabricated such that they teach girls from a young age to respect their fathers, their brothers, their husbands and sons. These male figures in their lives are supposed to protect their honor and pride. They are supposed to lead them as per the misconceived notions of culture and religion. However, it is these men in their lives who rip them off their basic rights by actually taking away their right of Education. To-Date 8 out of 10 women in Pakistan are uneducated. Some in name of Religion, some in name of culture…
    I feel, the following Video will prove instrumental in shedding more light to the topic.
