Tintin in the Congo, the second of The Adventures of Tintin [1], a series of classic comic-strip albums, written and illustrated by Belgian [2] writer and illustrator Hergé [3] and featuring young reporter Tintin [4] as a hero,  faces ban over racism [5]. On his blog Alain Mabanckou [6] thinks that «Tintin must remain as a proof of the colonial spirit of the 30s [7]» [fr].
