It seems from here that the Taliban and their supporters are speeding up their campaign to get the foreign armies out. They will use whatever it takes to impsoe their dictatorship again. When the foreign armies leave, the losers will be the women of Afghanistan who will be forced to wear the Burkah, the girls who will be thrown out of school and forced to do whatever their father tells them, and all semblance of democratic rule will be binned, as Karsai makes a clever deal with the insurgents and keeps his hand on the cash flow.
