Kazkahstan: Flood and the government

KZBlog reports on the aftermath of the flood in Kazakhstan, saying that corruption might have been the main reason for the tragedy.

  • Just to clarify, I wasn’t saying that corruption might have caused this tragedy as much as I was saying that these sorts of situations are often caused by corruption so this would make a good example of how corruption is not a victimless crime.
