Dear Sirs,
I did read the article in the Royal Gazette yesterday 26th Feb. regarding the Southlands issue between E. Brown and the Southlands developers.
I can tell you that Patrick Ellis was involved in the developement of the proposed TANAI resort and he had contracted the very large French group BOUYGUES to build it. Bouygues spent millions of dollars to prepare the construciton of the project and when P. Ellis abandonned it, Bouygues were left with the bills and the costs which Ellis refused to pay. So from what I have seen in the TCI, I would be very cautious with this individual.
