This year Thitsaphout Than Shwe will run an election which is a total lie, he doesn’t intend on any power sharing arrangement with the NLD or anyone else. He will punish anyone who has voted against him either by his usual way of murder torture and sentencing people to absurd terms of imprisonment for daring to vote against him.
