What’s the source of this report? You only like to a Wiki bio and a 2008 newspaper item.
Here is the link to Felshtinsky blog (still suspended): http://felshtinsky.livejournal.com/
here is the info (in Russian) on the site of Mr. Pribylovsky who informed about the suspension of the account (look for the post on January 29):

Unfortunately, the short nature of a roundup doesn’t always allow to include extensive information about an incident.
Thanks!
No offense intended, but that’s nonsense. If you have more detail and GV won’t allow you to publish it (space is unlimited on the Internet, it’s main benefit) then GV should be ashamed of itself.
I’ll be happy to publish anything you may have on my blog if GV won’t. It’ll be seen by more readers, receive more comments and have a bigger impact as well.
I think you misunderstood my explanation, La Russophobe. :-)
Roundups are usually short (one or two sentences) bursts of information published on the right column of a GVO site. It’s technically possible to publish 5 or 10 sentences there but it will completely mess up the format of the roundups column.
Some roundups call for more in-depth explanations (like the one on the Felshtinsky’s blog) and it would probably make sense to expand it and write a full article on this…
Thank you for offering to publish the articles. I personally think we could collaborate for the benefits of our audience. If you want, we can talk more about it via e-mail or phone. here is my e-mail address: vadikunc@yahoo.com
Thank you very much for your comment, La Russophobe.
