Iran: Green rage against Ahmadinejad in New York

Protesters against the Iranian government and the violation of human rights in Iran kept their promises and demonstrated against Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in New York City during his address to the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, September 23. Protesters came from four corners of the world including Toronto, Tokyo and Tehran. The Iranian opposition movement (the ‘green movement’) was well represented.
