Afghanistan: Is Withdrawal a Surrender?

  • I think it would be nice for the German troops to have some support in the North. At least I think that the author proposed to move some American troops northwards because they were not useful at their current position. I hope it was correct like this.

    Seems like the situation there is getting worse, because there have been several reports about attacks on German troops in the past few weeks. This has been unusual in the past when the government always claimed that we were constructing stuff in Afghanistan. Now some people say that we should admit being in war.
