In my hometown in Finland where war have been waged, between Russia, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Danemark, and so on, we sometimed when growing our garden or building a new outhouse find lots of SCULLS. Some are from 17:th century some from !8, some from 19.
When you today wage a apropagandistic war conducted by big powers they nowadays like these \scull pieces of art\. They collect them to picture them and send the pictures around the world just to harrass their counterparts in the eye of the world. So US collected sculls from the war hit region in Indo China to point to the Red Khmehres. Do not believe them!!
